At EVANCE, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, if the item is:

  • Unworn and in its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

  • Not listed as a non-refundable item

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Items received through the EVANCE Ambassador Program

  • Orders placed using Ambassador-exclusive discount codes

Ambassadors receive special rewards and access to exclusive offers. These discounted orders are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
